Who We Are

All Autism Behavior Consulting (ABC) staff members undergo continuous training and professional development. Our team attends various conferences, including ABAI and APBA, to remain current with relevant research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Our team of caring professionals understand the power of ABA practices as well as the importance to remain on top of an ever-changing field, which is why we base our practice on empirically validated research.

Founders

ABC was founded in 2013 by Casey Falen and Karrie Lindeman, two highly-educated behavioral analysts.

Casey Falen, M.A., BCBA, LBA

CEO, Director of Business Operations

Casey Falen received her Masters of Arts from Western Michigan University in Psychology/Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in both Organizational Behavior Management and Professional Psychology (Autism) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Upon graduating from WMU, she was recruited to work for a private agency in Ontario, Canada, which specialized in autism services. After three years abroad, Casey returned to the U.S. where she has worked as a behavior analyst in the states of California and New York providing in-home services, behavioral consultation, staff training, parent training, and more, both with agencies and privately. She has worked with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities for over fifteen years. Casey’s passion for helping others led her to co-found Autism Behavior Consulting in 2013, which has since undergone rapid growth and is still in operation today.

Karrie Lindeman, Ed.D, SBL, BCBA-D, LBA

Director of Clinical Operations

Karrie Lindeman completed her undergraduate degree at C.W. Post University with a major in psychology. She went on to Queens College to complete her Master’s in Psychology and received her advanced certificate in Behavior Analysis. From there she worked in a school for children with autism for 10 years before moving on to consult in the public school and early intervention setting. Karrie completed her doctorate in learning and teaching at Hofstra University in 2015. She continues to provide direct service, parent training and consultation in a variety of settings. Karrie has served as the Director of Clinical Operations at ABC since its inception in 2013.

Clinical Directors

Our Clinical Directors are passionate about behavior analysis and developing the treatments needed for each client. They are responsible for conducting a clinical assessment once the client’s intake process is completed and then they facilitate the Registered Behavior Technicians assignments for each client.

Danielle Festa M.S., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Danielle completed her undergraduate degree at St. John’s University with a major in business marketing and her graduate degree at St. John’s University with a major in childhood education and students with disabilities. She received her advanced certificate in ABA at Hunter College. She received her advanced certificate in school building administration and school district administration at the College of Saint Rose. She started work in a public school for a specialized autism program in 2013. For four years she taught kindergarten, in the program, and then started a position for inclusion in the program which is her current position. Danielle began working at ABC in 2015, and is currently a clinical director. In 2016, she was a key-note speaker for the Child Foundation and gave a workshop about the fundamentals of ABA in Banglasdesh. 

Martine Kuebler M.S., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Martine completed her undergraduate degree at Dowling College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. In 1998 she returned to Dowling College for her Master’s Degree in Special Education. Simultaneously she began working as a teaching assistant in Developmental Disabilities Institute’s Young Autism Program which serviced preschoolers with Autism. She earned her Master’s Degree in 2000 and continued to work at the Young Autism Program as a lead teacher until 2003. She then joined Long Island Developmental Consulting where she worked for 10 years as a Behavior Consultant. She also supervised home programs and provided Parent Training to families. Martine earned her BCBA from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2009. Martine continued her career consulting for school districts across Long Island as a BCBA, provided Parent Training for families and supervised home programs. She began as a Clinical Director at Autism Behavior Consulting in 2019.

Jacquelyn Marinello, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Jacquelyn completed her undergraduate degree at Saint Joseph’s College with a major in psychology and sociology. Upon graduating she attended Fordham University where she received a Professional Diploma in School Psychology and a Master of Arts in Preschool Psychology. Jacquelyn has been providing ABA services since 2009. She obtained her BCBA credentials through Stonybrook University and has been BCBA certified since 2013. Jacquelyn joined ABC in 2017 and began working as a Clinical Director. Currently, she is a school psychologist for a Long Island elementary school district alongside her work at ABC

Victoria Ruocco M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Victoria completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Arizona where she majored in Psychology and minored in Business Administration. For her graduate studies, she attended Touro College where she received her Master’s in School Psychology. During her master’s degree studies, she took a Behavior Modification course that sparked her true passion. It was then she eagerly began looking for work within the field of ABA. Immediately after receiving her masters in School Psychology, she received her Advanced Certificate in Behavior Analysis at Touro College. Victoria has been working at Autism Behavior Consulting as since 2015 and works as a Clinical Director.

Kelise K. Stewart M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Kelise completed her undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University with a major in psychology and a minor in social psychology. Upon graduation she enlisted in the United States Peace Corps and served in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Some of the projects she was involved with included teaching basic computer literacy skills, HIV and AIDS education and needs assessments for special education in rural communities. Following her work with the Peace Corps, Kelise worked at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in the Behavioral Feeding Unit before returning to Western Michigan University for graduate school. After completing a Master’s of Arts in Psychology, Kelise moved to Long Island to further her career as a consultant for school districts. She has been providing behavioral consultation in New York schools for staff training, parent training and additional staff support since 2005. Kelise began working for ABC as a Clinical Director in 2018.

Claire Swanson, M.S.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director

Claire completed her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University, mastering in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. During that time, she also participated in research at the Institute for Child Development in Binghamton, New York. She then completed her Master’s in Education at Hunter College, specializing in Behavior Disorders. Claire has worked as a Behavior Analyst in a variety of areas including residential settings, schools and home-based cases. She joined ABC in 2014 and currently works as a teacher in an Applied Behavior Analysis classroom on top of her Clinical work for ABC.

Registered Behavior Technicians

ABC employs many qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) which work one-on-one with our clients directly. RBTs assist in delivering ABA programs and protocols, collect data, and practice under the supervision of our Clinical Directors.
